Refund Policy

Returns & Refund Eligibility

 

Because our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we can only offer refunds in the following cases:

 

✅ We accept refunds or replacements if:

 

The item arrives damaged

 

The item has a manufacturing or printing defect

 

The item received is incorrect (wrong product, wrong color, wrong size due to production error)

 

The package is lost in transit (after carrier investigation)

 

❌ We cannot accept refunds for:

 

Change of mind

 

Ordering the wrong size or color

 

Items that were delivered correctly and without defect

 

Unauthorized returns

 

This is standard across all made-to-order production services.

 

Reporting an Issue

 

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Please include:

 

Your order number

 

A clear photo of the item

 

A brief explanation of the issue

 

Once received, we will process a replacement or refund.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If an item has visible printing errors, damage, or quality issues, we will:

 

Send a free replacement, OR

 

Issue a full refund

(depending on your preference)

 

You do not need to return the damaged item.

 

Wrong Item Received

 

If you receive an incorrect product due to a fulfillment error, we will:

 

Replace it at no cost

 

Cover all shipping fees

 

Lost Packages

 

If the carrier reports your package as lost:

 

We will provide a replacement free of charge.

 

If the item is no longer available, we will provide a full refund.

 

If the address was entered incorrectly by the customer, we cannot provide a refund, but we can resend the order at cost.

 

Returns Without Prior Approval

 

We do not accept returns sent back to us or to our fulfillment partners without prior approval.

Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

 

Refund Processing

 

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within:

 

5–10 business days for credit/debit cards

 

Instantly to 3 business days for PayPal

 

Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

 

Exchanges

 

Because products are made to order, we can only offer exchanges for:

 

✔ Damaged or defective items

✔ Items produced incorrectly

 

We cannot exchange items for size or color if the correct item was delivered.

 

Order Cancellations

 

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After this window, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
